A bit of clarification on real-time chess vs kung fu chess: I consider kung fu chess to be when chess played without turns online, whereas real time chess is played physically. There are actually material differences between them like the finite movement speed of pieces in kung fu chess and the proximity advantage in real-time chess, so I think having different terms to describe them makes sense.
