120 g sugar,
4 eggs (200 g),
1 teaspoon baking powder (6-7 g),
a pinch of salt,
vanillin or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar,
300 grams of flour,
100 grams of nuts (any kind),
200 grams of dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, cherries, cranberries, etc.)
Baking temperature: 160-170 degrees.
Baking time: 1 hour 20-30 minutes.
Mold size: bottom 20x10 cm.
Height of mold sides: 6 cm.
