Blood gangs and red rags are from Chicago 1966-1975. BPSN brought red rags to the East Coast in 1969. Connecticut had BPSN before L.A. The Ghetto Brothers wore red rags c. 1972. They were knocked down by the Black Spades and this is where the Hip Hop story begins. L.A. came late in the game, adopting Chicago's swag. Hollywood attempted to alter the history completely.
