NUTRITIONAL AND SPICY WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING SPECIAL AND "NOT HITTING YOUR POCKET"

WE TAKE:
🔹chicken hearts 500 gr
🔹 barrel cucumbers 3-4 pcs
🔹 1 carrot
🔹 celery stalk 1 piece
🔹 onion 1 pc
🔹 garlic 1-2 cloves
🔹 chicken broth 100 gr (or water)
🔹tomato paste 1 tbsp
🔹 vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp
🔹salt, spices to taste: I have dry garlic, sweet paprika, coriander, 2 bay leaves

WE DO:
✅ cut chicken hearts across, remove nodules and blood clots, rinse thoroughly
✅ vegetables: cucumbers, celery, carrots, onions, garlic cut into cubes
✅pass vegetables in oil for 5 minutes, add hearts and fry until half cooked
✅ add broth, bay leaf and cook for another 20-30 minutes, let it brew a little

* you can adjust the acidity with brine
* if cucumbers are very sour, add 1 tsp of sugar to balance the taste
* you can slightly crush the vegetables when ready for a fluffy texture of the stew

Serve with a side dish of your choice!
Especially delicious when infused.
