In this video, I dive into my favorite features of HoneyBook, the client relationship manager (CRM) I use to save time and streamline my service-based business. I talk about how important automations are, especially if you're a solo entrepreneur managing everything on your own.

First, there's the proposal feature, which lets you create interactive brochures of your services. Unlike traditional PDFs made in Canva or InDesign, these proposals allow your clients to select the services they want directly within the document. This cuts down on back-and-forth emails, making the process more efficient and user-friendly.

Next, the new lead forms in HoneyBook. They work like contact forms but with a bonus—you can accept payments directly through them. This is super helpful for workshops, pop-up offers, or smaller projects that don't need pre-verification of client fit. The customization options are extensive, so you can tailor them to whatever you need.

Finally, the automation features, which is really why I use HoneyBook in the first place. Before this, managing invoices, contracts, and scheduling was a hassle with multiple tools and lots of manual follow-ups. HoneyBook’s automations handle everything, from sending contracts and invoices to reminding clients about appointments and scheduled tasks. It doesn’t replace all communication, but it seriously cuts down on the time I spend doing repetitive admin work.
