This was the end of a series of 4 parts. We have had the Top 10 Southern, Mid-Western and West Coast rappers. My first 2 videos were of way lesser quality than these. I’m growing per video and this is the largest one I’ve made yet so it took a while. Making a Top 10 Video already takes a good 10 hours and this one was 2 to 3 times bigger. This series was a lot of fun to make! Make sure to go check out my other videos as well.
Ranking System: The rappers were ranked based on a few qualities. Their lyricism, flow, style, vibe, message and influence on the Hip Hop Community. I also put the places they represent in the video. Almost all of these rappers came from New York in the boroughs: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Harlem and Staten Island. New York is the East Coast Hip Hop Capitol and the World’s Hip Hop Capitol.
Honorable Mentions: There are so many good East Coast rappers that I decided not to do any honorable mentions this time because I don’t want to leave anyone out.
