The Cassette Archives is my personal collection of DJ mixes, radio mixes and studio mixes spanning the UK rave and hardcore scene during the early 1990's. Most of these tapes are one offs and will not be available anywhere else online.

Volume 4 - DJ D-Lite (Ibiza Mix)

The fourth volume of these archives features a more mellow mix by D-Lite from around 1992, encompassing acid house, techno, rave and ibiza style vibes. There's some absolute smashers in here including classic house by the likes of Nexus 21, Debbie Malone and Dionne, banging techno from the man like Joey Beltram & bleepy breakbeat from Smart Systems, Indo Tribe and Friends of Matthew.

I have fond memories of playing this tape at full volume on my Sony walkman whilst sitting on the bus and getting some bemused and unappreciative looks from my fellow passengers!

This mix is a proper trip down memory lane and I can't remember the names of all the amazing tunes featured, so please let me know if you recognise any in the comments section below!
