▶️ Ingredients:
✔ 5 bananas
✔ 30 ml of lemon juice
✔ 300 ml milk
✔ 50 gr corn starch
✔ 3 egg yolks
✔ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
✔ 500 ml of cold cream
▶️ Cooking:
✔ Peel the bananas, cut into pieces.
✔ Melt the butter in a saucepan.
✔ Place the bananas in it.
✔ Pour in lemon juice.
✔ Shred.
✔ Remove from the stove, pour in milk.
✔ Add the starch, egg yolks and remaining milk.
✔ Stir again.
✔ Place on the stove, add vanilla essence.
✔ Transfer to a bowl, cover with foil.
✔ Remove to the refrigerator until solidified.
✔ Whisk the cold cream with a mixer.
✔ Add the banana cream.
✔ Whisk to combine.
