Made roughly last year. Another game character birthday tribute and it's of the Guts expy astral bounty hunter from Evil Zone. I based his initial age of 36 to the year the game was released (1999). He's probably the first male character I infatuated with (no homo, he has Sayaka (his wife), I'd be more like the biggest fan of his show. :P), way back in 2017/2018, or maybe because of the Retsupurae Wrongpurae commentary (thanks to Schlauchi for picking him).
Anyway, the blue sword is supposed to be his Gilla Dacker (I tried...). I also included booze into the picture, 'cause Gally likes it. ;P
And, I forgot to mention, he shares the birthdate with Keiya, another character coincidentally riffed on by the RP duo. :D
