1. Sunlight, get it early and often.

4. Motivation is fleeting, systems are reliable.
5. Double down on activities that make you lose track of time (flow state).
6. Take care of the micro, and the macro will take care of itself.
7. Action is the catalyst for everything in life.
8. The fastest way to unhappiness is by comparing your life to others.
9. Sometimes you need to do nothing to allow your brain space to be creative.
10. Don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from.
11. Find a form of exercise you love, and do it 4-5 times per week.
