Valeria gets a job as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit of a district hospital in Petrozavodsk. Valeria is actually a brilliant emergency care doctor who was forced to flee the capital to escape revenge from Revzin, the father of her patient whose life she hadn't been able to save. On her first day at work, Valeria makes a far-reaching diagnosis for a patient, but Unit Director Myaki is not going to listen to a common nurse's theories. The only one to notice the new nurse's surprising abilities is the local neurological surgeon Belov.
