
Almond flour 1 + 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 4
Spoon baking powder
Vanilla spoon
2 tablespoons orange zest
Spoon orange juice
Separate proteins from yolks.
In a bowl mix 4 egg yolks with sugar, vanilla, orange zest and orange juice. Add almond flour with baking powder.
Whisk proteins to a durable whipped cream and mix into the batter of the rest of the ingredients gradually, in gentle folding motions.
Bake in a pan 18-20 cm in diameter, greased.
In an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Lower to 160 and bake for 35 minutes until golden.
Garnish with berries or strawberries and powdered sugar.
