Police in Rotterdam said three people were killed after a gunman opened fire at an apartment, setting it ablaze, and then carried out a shooting in a classroom at a nearby university hospital. Police say the suspect killed a 39-year-old woman at her flat as well as her 14-year-old daughter and a 46-year-old teacher in the classroom. A 32-year-old man, who police identified as a student at the same Erasmus university hospital, was arrested
