After setting up brand, new fences around the abandoned high-rise and plenty of police protecting the area .graffiti taggers still manage to get into the abandoned building and tag the windows at the highest floor over 20 arrests have been made and this video you’ll also see a bike right tour in the middle of the night in downtown Los Angeles.
