The 7 non-negotiables:
1. I need to think they’re attractive. Dating apps filter this immediately anyway (for better or worse). Don’t come for me on this one 😅 A man would NEVER date a woman if he didn’t find her attractive.
2. Shared morals and values. This seems to eliminate 99% of guys in the dating “aftermarket” as i call it. Divorcees are divorced for a reason. Me included. I never claimed I was perfect, but I’ve done a lot of introspection. I refuse to get another divorce. I take ownership over my past naivety. Looking back I ignored (or didn’t realize in my youth) a LOT or red flags/missmatches in this category. I’m only going to date someone if they are a PERFECT match with me on these going forward.
3. Village. This one is sorta controversial. I know not everyone is lucky enough to be born into a great family. But if thats the case I would want someone who created a “friend family”.
4. Smart. Duh.
5. Hardworking. Not just at work but for his “Village” as well.
6. Same sense of humor as me.
7. Same parenting style. Long term if families get blended we need to be on the same page or it could cause conflict and i hate fighting lol
8. Does not expect me to cook 😇
