In a press conference on Friday, U.S. President Donald Trump he would respond to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's statement from Thursday that Iran had "won the war" and the U.S. involvement amounted to "nothing."Trump said Khamenei "got beat to hell," but added that Israel was "beat up too."
He described the Israel-Iran conflict as "quick," "settled," and said "it was a great time to end it."
Responding to a question about future military action, Trump said he would "absolutely" consider bombing Iran nuclear facilities again if intelligence showed uranium enrichment was reaching concerning levels.
