The IsoFlow Lateral Flow Reagent Dispensers are integrated systems that precisely dispense liquid reagents in lines onto membranes for the production of diagnostic test strips.

The digitally controlled positive displacement pumps in combination with the precision nozzles develop a uniform stream of reagent. Each reagent dispensed is controlled independently.


IsoFlow simplifies the development, optimization and manufacture of diagnostic test strips by allowing the operator to easily vary the dispense rate by entering the desired value (in µL/mm) into the hand-held terminal. There is no need to recalibrate between settings. Operators also receive the benefit of a low dead volume of approximately 100µL (60µL of which can be recovered when dispensing is complete).
