We want to meet our US fans, and making sure that the rest of you can follow the journey as well!
When visiting Japan last year I joked in one of my videos about the next trip would go to Los Angeles. However this caught quite some attention from followers around the world and In LA itself and I've got lot's of questions about when it's actually going to happen. Since I've never been to the US I eventually started thinking this is a good idea, I mean, I need to visit the states before i'm too old to walk :P
My friend Victoria was one of the participants of the tv series "Sweden's next Top Model" which was recorded in Los Angeles, a city she came to fall inlove with immediately and a place she even wants to move to in the future. When I asked her if she wanted to come along on a journey to the US west coast there was no doubt.
There are so many reasons why we want to visit Los Angeles, but the most important one is to meet you folks "on the other side of the pond". If we know ourselves right there will be quite some parties, and we'll try arranging some kind of meetup for those of you who are interested in such.
And now the tricky part...
When making a journey this big, and especially when both of us going together it would be a shame if all of you darlings out there following us in various channels would'nt have the possibility to come along as well, at least virtually. This is why we need your help!
We think the best way to take you along to Los Angeles is to make a video series, just like the one from Japan last year. However we know already now that if we are going to do this by ourselves it's not going to be much to see in the end. We'll probably end up forgeting to shoot video at most of the time, and before we have taken the time to edit it all together months would probably have passed after the journey is over. We are just a bit bird brained, sorry for that.
The solution to this would be to bring our friend Simon to take care of the videography. This way we'll make sure that high quality videos will be produced covering all the days of the journey, and that the first one will be published already before getting home to Sweden. Adora and Simon made a series of 9 episodes from japan last year as well as 2 episodes from M'era Luna festival, so we sure knows it would work out.
However, to do this we need your help with the funding. Even though hanging out with two as lovely girls as us should be payment enough for the work, we need to cover the costs connected to following us during one and a half week in august. We invest a lot of our money into this trip, but to make sure that we can produce lot's of high quality material for you guys we need your help!
If every view from the videos Simon and me made together last year would pay us one tiny cent the funding would already be complete. Even the tinyest contribution counts, and we'll be thankful to each and everyone of you!
