I Prevail have officially announced that longtime vocalist Brian Burkheiser has left the band.

The news follows years of health challenges for Brian, including vocal cord injuries and a rare condition called Eagle Syndrome. In 2024, Brian shared that the disease had “broken” him, forcing him to step away from touring to focus on healing. His absence from recent shows sparked concern among fans, and today’s announcement confirms his departure was a mutual decision.

Eric Vanlerberghe will continue as the band’s frontman, joined live by Dylan Bowman, with all scheduled shows going ahead as planned. I Prevail also teased new music on the horizon, promising fans the same energy they’ve come to expect.
