Welcome to the world of my primitive set up in my apart to shoot my public access show with Director Sydney Pollack. We became friends when I worked on Three Days of the Condor as a production assistant.

We met up again on Tootsie shooting in New York and he let me on the set to shoot some scenes. In fact it was the first time with his steady cam shots that he was using video playback. Up until then he or D.P. Owen Roziman every used the new set technically.

I'll start posting some of the highlight moments of his talk with director John A. Gallagher for our show The Director's Series on public access television.



He was a great guy, after he left he movie set that day he came to my apartment with no air conditioning and did this this interview with John Gallagher before dailies.
