WE TAKE:
🔹fresh cabbage 1 medium head
🔹sauerkraut with carrots 700 gr
🔹 pork meat 300 gr

🔹 salt, cumin, ground pepper, paprika, dry garlic - to taste

WE DO:

✅ shred fresh cabbage into strips, from sauerkraut - drain the water, if it is very salty - rinse in cold water
✅ smoked meat and bones cut into pieces of a convenient size
✅ fry the dried meat in vegetable oil until crusty for 3 minutes, put the onion, spices, tomato paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes
✅ put all the cabbage in a saucepan with meat, pour 1 tbsp of water and cover with a lid
✅ simmer for 30 minutes, add water if necessary 1-2 cups, mix and cook for another 20-30 minutes until cooked
