Dr. Stephen Blank is one of the leading American experts on strategic security, Russian foreign policy, and the transformation of Eurasia. He served for over 15 years as a professor of national security at the U.S. Army War College, worked with the CIA, RAND, CSIS, and served as an analyst for the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI) and the American Foreign Policy Council. Dr. Blank is the author of dozens of reports on U.S. policy in Central Asia, Russian-Chinese relations, and emerging threats in the Arctic.
