A very easy pie dough recipe.
Opara:
600 ml. water,
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon salt
8 tablespoons flour
15 grams of dry bread yeast.
Leave to ferment for 15 minutes.
Add 8 cups of flour to the dough (the volume of a cup is 200 ml), 1 cup of vegetable oil. Add flour gradually so as not to overdo it and not make the dough tight.
It took me about 1125 grams of flour. My flour is soft wheat, you may need less.
Once the dough has risen, you can bake.
Any filling for pies.
This dough recipe is ideal for pies fried in vegetable oil or fat. I baked them in the oven.
