Farmer shortbread recipe.
200 grams of butter,
150 grams of sugar, vanilla extract,
2 chicken eggs,
500 grams of flour
10 grams of baking powder
a pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
Grind butter with sugar + vanilla, add eggs, beat, salt. Mix flour with baking powder and gradually add to the mass. Knead the dough. Separate a small piece from the dough and mix with cocoa. Cool in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut out the cookies and bake at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.
