Crispy Bacon Onion Rings Chips

This cheesy, crispy delight combines caramelized onions, smoky bacon, and gooey mozzarella, all baked to golden perfection. A perfect savory treat, enjoy it on its own or as a topping for bread and crackers!
➡️Ingredients:

* 1 onion sliced
* 150 g grated mozzarella
* 2 slices bacon cut into small squares
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* 50 g parmesan cheese
* Salt to taste
* ½ tsp Smoked paprika
* ½ tsp Onion powder
* ½ tsp Garlic powder
* ½ tsp Pepper
➡️Instructions:

* Set your oven to 200°C (392°F) and prepare a 25cm x 15cm baking tray.
* Spread the grated mozzarellaevenly over the baking tray.
* • Place 6 onion slices on top of the cheese.
* Add the bacon pieces over the onion slices.
* Sprinkle the seasonings (salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper) over the bacon and onions.
* Add the parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
* Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
* Let it cool slightly before serving.
