Air omelet in the oven.
I take 6 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the yolks and mix thoroughly. I add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the proteins and beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes until a thick foam forms, then pour in the yolks and mix gently so as not to destroy the structure of the foam. I pour everything into a baking dish, generously greased with butter, and send it to the oven preheated to 200℃ for 20 minutes
