It's 2020, the start of a new decade! What better than now to finally commit to those goals you almost gave up on. I know getting in shape and starting to workout is a goal for many teens and college students. So I made this video for you! This is the best beginner's workout routine. It's simple to follow and the workouts are easy to pick up.
I started going to the gym when I was still a teenager (19 years old). It was during the second year of college that I really started being consistent. I've gone to the gym at least 2-4 times per week for 2 years straight now. If you're a teen, it's not too early. If you're a college student, it's not too late.
Planning and preparation are important when you're getting started with exercise. That's why me and Kali created this Beginner's Workout Routine PDF for you to download () But to be successful, you also need momentum—and the more you can create, the easier it is to stay motivated.
