Basically Data transmit problem happen for proxy connection and that happen when we use VPN or manual proxy connection. In this video I have shown how can you solve this problem without uninstalling/updating any driver.
If the problem is not solved yet try Some other formula in below-
1. Go to the control panel and open "Internet Settings", navigate to the "Connection" tab and select "Automatically detect settings" and uncheck proxy server if selected.
Select Automatically obtain IP address and DNS.

2. Go to "Settings" and open "Network and Internet" and choose the "Network troubleshooter" this may fix the WiFi issue.

3. Reset the Network and delete all network profiles.
4. Fix the socket error and reset IP logs and DNS, renew the IP address.

Copy these commands on cmd -

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ipv4 reset resetlog.txt

5. Open device manager and update the network driver, also try uninstalling it.
Restart!
