Izzy Stradlin (real name Jeffrey Dean Isbell) is an American guitarist, music producer and songwriter. Born April 8, 1962, in Indiana, USA. Best known as a co-founder of the hard rock band Guns N' Roses, where he played from 1985 to 1991.
In 1985, he became one of the founders of Guns N' Roses.
He participated in the creation of cult albums, including Appetite for Destruction and Use Your Illusion I & II.
In 1991, he left the band due to creative differences with Axl Rose.
He founded his own band, Izzy Stradlin and the Ju Ju Hounds.
He has released 10 solo albums since 1998.

In 2012, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Guns N' Roses.
He has collaborated with former bandmates on and off, but has not returned to the band on a permanent basis.

Musical style: Plays in the genres of hard rock, blues rock, and heavy metal. Uses guitar and vocals (baritone).
Discography: Participated in the recording of Guns N' Roses albums, and has also released solo works, including 117°, Ride On, River, Miami, Concrete, and Wave of Heat.
