The neem tree with botanical name Azadirachta indica is a tropical and subtropical plant commonly grown in Asia and Africa. This is a plant every gardener must grow. Each and every part of this tree, whether leaves, stem, roots, fruit and seeds are all valuable and used for many different purposes mainly medicinal values.
And in Gardening, it has wide variety of uses:

7. Neem Oil is the best organic pesticide available till date and very effective against the common plant pests like Aphids, Mealybugs and Whiteflies and other pests. Neem oil is also a great fungicide for issues like powdery mildew and black spot disease.
8. Neem Stem is used as Meswak to brush teeth by many people since ages.
9. Neem Bark is used for its antiseptic properties.
10. Neem Flowers attract honey bees because of its sweet aroma.
11. Neem Cake – that’s the left over substance after oil extraction which is similar to mustard cake. This powder is an excellent fertilizer for plants and also an antifungal to the soil.
12. Lastly: Neem Leaves apart from its antiseptic properties, in gardening, its used to make a liquid extract and pesticide similar to neem oil, although the efficacy is higher for neem oil, this recipe works on many pests.
