Divide the tomatoes in half, dry them in a way convenient for you (in the open air, in the oven, in a dryer).
Boil the dried tomatoes for about 2 minutes in water with wine vinegar (125 ml of wine vinegar per 1 liter of water).
Then dry the tomatoes on a towel for several hours. Put the finished tomatoes in a jar, layering them with garlic cloves and dried basil. Pour olive oil to the top. Close the lid and put away for storage. I put it in the refrigerator.
