***INGREDIENTS***
700g (Cherry) or 6 large tomatoes
1/4 onion
1--3 cloves garlic
6-8 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
Balsamic vinegar (a dash)
1 baguette
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
grated parmesan cheese (as desired)
