Turn your Windows Laptop Into a WiFi Hotspot
Follow this method to create WiFi Hotspot for Laptop or PC. This method is simple than using commands to do the same process of turning laptop into WiFi hotspot.

In this tutorial I will be showing you how to share or create Wifi Hotspot using Laptop. I have done a tutorial previously on the same without using any third party software but most of the viewers are facing issues while connecting to the network. Follow this tutorial to know how to turn your laptop into a wifi hotspot easily without any commands.

By using this method, it is possible to share wired network or wireless network and can create WiFi hotspot within few minutes.

Firstly go to Google search and search for Virtual Router Plus. Open the first result and click on “Download Latest Release”. Now here select “United States” and wait until the download completes. Now open the downloaded file and proceed to install it on the PC.
Make sure to decline “Wajam Toolbar”. We don’t want to install unwanted browser extensions. Now again click skip to install the actual tool.

Accept the license agreement and complete the installation process. If it asks for .NET Framework, proceed to install it.

Now open run by typing Windows+R keys and type ncpa.cpl. This will open up the network connections. If you would like to share the Wired Network, then you will see “Local Area Connection”. In my case I will be sharing WiFi connection through my laptop. So, right on the active connection, go to properties, move to sharing tab then here tick “Allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection” and the second one is optional. Confirm the changes by selecting OK.

Now open Virtual Router Plus from Desktop icon and enter the name to broadcast followed password. Select the shared connection, in my case it is “WiFi” and hit “Start Virtual Router Plus”. Now you have shared the network successfully.

Open up the other device, and look for the SSID name. Connect to it by entering the password.
