"Old Cafe" Animal Crossing: New Leaf | Brewster's Song

If you guys follow me on Twitter than you probably already know how in love with Animal Crossing I am (many of my pictures are screenshots of my character doing the Shrunk Funk Shuffle with various animal villagers... But not with Brewster! Brewster don't dance!!). I love the music that plays when you're drinking coffee at Brewster's cafe though... It's so peaceful and relaxing :)

Anyways, a while back I thought it would be fun to write a song about Brewster (or at least my interpretation of the mysterious pigeon barista). I used a very similar chord progression as Totaka's original composition, but I added a few new chords, composed a lyrical melody and bridge, and wrote lyrics. The very last part is a reference to the Gamecube version :)

The video's been done for a while, but I thought it would be fun to release it in celebration of the new Mario Kart 8 Animal Crossing DLC tracks (you get to drive around in the Animal Crossing town, and you get a different season each time you race! I love how the townsfolk are waving at you, and instead of taunts you do the "expressions" that you learned from Shrunk... Omg and instead of the regular moles, you can crash into Resetti! Haha...). They actually play this theme play at the end of the Crossing Cup.

Well, I hope you enjoy this song as much as I enjoyed putting it together ^_^
