Officials in Indonesia say both pilots on a domestic flight with 153 passengers fell asleep in the middle of the January trip. The captain got permission to take a nap at cruising altitude, and he woke up to find the co-pilot had fallen asleep. The plane had veered off course and radio calls went unanswered, but the plane eventually landed safely.
