A hearty HOT DISH IS VERY EASY TO COOK, THE MAIN THING IS GOOD MEAT AND A LITTLE PATIENCE FOR THE MEAT TO GO FROM THE BONE. PERFECT COOKING IN VEGETABLE SEASON!
WE TAKE on 5-6 l:
🔹 beef on the bone (brisket) 1.5-2 kg
🔹 4-6 tomatoes
🔹 red yellow pepper 2-4 pcs
🔹 Eggplant 1-2 pcs
🔹 onion -4 pcs
🔹 garlic 2 heads
🔹 hot pepper 1 pc
🔹 medium potatoes 6-8 pieces
🔹 spices: aromatic salt, a mixture of peppers, sweet paprika, dry adjika
🔹 greens: cilantro, parsley 1 bunch
🔹 favorite beer 0.5 liters
🔹 Bay leaf 1 piece
WE DO:
✅ soak the meat in cold water (take large pieces)
✅ cut onions and tomatoes in thick circles, peppers and eggplants in large cubes, potatoes in half
✅ put in layers in a deep pan or stewpan: onions, tomatoes, meat, peppers, eggplants and so on in two layers, sprinkling with chopped herbs, spices and salt to taste
✅ put potatoes on top, 2 heads of garlic and whole hot pepper
✅ fill with beer, put on gas until boiling, then simmer over low heat for 2.5-3 hours until the meat is ready
✅ when ready, you can burn 1 bay leaf and close the lid
✅serve with chopped herbs, onion and garlic to taste
* be guided by the readiness of the meat, it depends on the freshness and size of the pieces, usually 2-3 hours
* you can cook a dish on a fire in a cauldron, it will be even tastier
