The Richmond eatery Yuu Japanese Tapas is offering $5 ramen to anyone who can finish an entire bowl in less than 10 minutes. But we don’t follow the rules. I decided to step it up a notch, and do it in two.
It could’ve been dangerous, but then again, we like danger.

We came fully prepared:

1. Black hoodie for splash protection – check.
2. Power Bank – what for?
3. USB Fan – secret weapon.

I figured, the hardest part would be waiting for the ramen to cool down. So I bought a fan. It actually helped!

When you do it, just blow a little harder and 10 minutes will be a breeze!
