We put a manhole cover to the test by shooting it with a range of firearms—everything from handguns to rifles to a .50 cal sniper rifle. This video shows how different calibers impact solid steel and whether a sewer lid can stop a .50 BMG round.
Guns used include a 9mm Glock, .44 Magnum, AR-15 with green tip, shotgun slug, and a Barrett .50 cal.
