This is my complain, ranting and warning video about my experience buying Zhiyun Smooth Q Gimbal from Bestbuy. My Son bought this gymbal used it about 60 days and it broke. Being after 60 days he can not return to Bestbuy. He tried calling and getting warranty, but got nowhere. My wife tried and I even tried myself (I am pretty damn persistent) (we called and emailed). Basically Zhiyun does not have any support or does not answer to anyone. I wish I would have know. So I have a $99 paper weight thanks to this A-hole Chinese company.
