I will walk you through a simple fix that any homeowner can perform to quickly fix a toilet that fills the tank slowly. The majority of tanks should fill in 30-45 seconds but mine took over 5 minutes so I knew there was an issue. I have found this fix to be the same solution to other common issues such as a toilet that continues to run or when you hear a loud whistle at the end of the fill cycle.
