So you have changed out the Brake pads on your car now the brakes need to be bedded in correctly so they are ready for normal use.
Bedding in is a procedure you need to do when you first change out your brake pads, it just allows the two surfaces of the pad and the rotor to bed in or line up. Maybe there is a protective coating on the brake rotor and also on the pads, this will clear it off so your brakes are ready for normal use.
