First you need to have the Windows Media creation tool, Windows 10 ISO Image file which is about 3.2 GB and can be downloaded directly from Microsoft website, Rufus tool to make bootable Windows 10 USB and a minimum of 4GB pendrive.
As I have said earlier, you can get the ISO file of Windows 10 from Microsoft website.

To download go through the Microsoft website

Read all the prerequisites and you must have the 25 digit product key to use all the features to the most. Come all the way down and download the media creation tool based on the requirement. Run the media creation tool to download ISO file.

Now it's time to download Rufus Tool which helps us to create Bootable Windows 10 USB pendrive.

Now insert your pendrive to the USB port then check whether your PC detects it or not.

Now open the Rufus tool having very simple options with single window. It automatically detects your pendrive, if not, you can select from the dropdown menu. You only need to link the ISO image to convert normal flash drive to bootable one. To do this, click on the small disc image then browse for Windows 10 ISO file then just hit "Start". Please do a backup of your pendrive if you have any files. Rufus will format the entire device at this step. Select "Ok" to proceed.

Now wait for few minutes to complete the process. After getting the "Ready" status, you are allowed to use the Pen drive as bootable device. Just change the first boot device to USB at BIOS settings and start installing Windows 10 on your computer.
