The first album that I present to you in 2024 is a work created by the Hungarian ensemble Fraternitas Musicorum directed by the multi-instrumentalist Sárközy Gergely. The power of this album elevates it above many interpretations of the repertoire of the troubadour Peire Vidal to whom the work is dedicated, inspired by his long stay in Hungary. The reason for this originality and credibility is due to the caliber of the exceptional musicians involved, all linked to the world of folk music and folk-anthropological research such as Ferenc Sebő, Gryllus Dániel, the singer Márta Sebestyén and András Kecskés founder of the Kecskés Ensemble, of which you can find publications among the videos on the channel.
