This video shows you how to make a super quick, super easy, super tasty breakfast sandwich! All you need is:
2 eggs
1 slice of bread
mild cheddar cheese
spinach
1 pat of butter
salsa
a pinch of salt

Start by slicing the bread in half. Chop the spinach. Whisk the eggs together and add the salt and spinach. Melt the butter in a pan over medium high heat. Add the eggs to the pan. Immediately dip the slices of bread into the egg and then flip them over, laying the bread in the eggs. Space them apart about a half inch. Wait until the eggs are cooked and then flip it all over as one piece. Fold over the edges of the egg onto the bread. Add salsa and cheese to each side of the bread and fold it together. Wait until the cheese melts and the bread toasts. You may want to flip it over to toast both sides of the bread again. Enjoy!
