Northern B.C. business owners are demanding action from the federal government to address a workforce crisis they claim is threatening their livelihoods.
The Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program fuels the service industry in the northwest coast city of 14,000, Prince Rupert.
As Kristen Robinson reports, many of the city's businesses rely on newcomers to Canada, and say small towns are losing the workforce they desperately need.
