What starts as a romantic escape to a remote cabin takes a terrifying turn when a couple's intimate game goes horribly wrong. After handcuffing his wife, Jessie, to the bed for some roleplay, Gerald suddenly dies of a heart attack, leaving her stranded and helpless. With no one around for miles, no way to call for help, and only her thoughts to keep her company, Jessie must fight to survive. As time passes and desperation sets in, she begins to face not only the physical dangers of her situation but also the psychological horrors buried deep in her mind.
