Summer recipes and my daily routine. 🥮Legendary 'New Times Plum Pie' For the dough: Granulated sugar - 150 g Flour - 120-140 g Butter - 110 g Chicken eggs - 2 pcs. Baking powder - 1 tsp. Salt - 1-2 pinches For the filling: Plums - 10 pcs. Granulated sugar - 2 tsp. Lemon juice - 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp. How to make plum pie 1. In a deep plate or bowl, mix granulated sugar and soft butter. Add sifted flour, eggs, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. 2. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. 3. Place the dough in a pre-greased pan, then add the plum halves. 4. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. 5. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. 6. The legendary plum pie from the New York Times is ready! 7. Cool the pie and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍕Zucchini pizza that even kids will love Ingredients: Zucchini - 1 kg, eggs - 3 pcs, Kefir or yogurt - 250 ml, flour 200 grams, Baking powder - 1 tsp. Dried parsley, - 0.5 tsp, Dried dill - 0.5 tsp, Dried garlic - 1 tsp. Oregano or dried basil - 1 tsp. spoon, Cheese - 150 gr, Sausage or as in my case sausages - 80 grams, Olive oil, salt, pepper to taste. Preparation: Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add about 1 tbsp. salt (coarse). Let stand for 10 minutes so that the zucchini releases juice. After 10 minutes, squeeze the zucchini from the juice. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs with a whisk, + 1 cup of kefir + spices (black pepper, dried parsley, dill, 1 tsp dried garlic + 1 tsp basil). Mix everything. Add the egg mixture to the squeezed zucchini, mix and gradually add the sifted flour. Add baking powder at the end. Mix everything thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with paper, grease with olive oil, lay out the zucchini dough and smooth it out. Bake in the oven at 200 C for about 25 minutes. Then take out the pizza base, grease with tomato sauce, put sausage on top, grated cheese and sprinkle with herbs if desired. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown. 🥮Legendary "New Times Plum Pie"
For the dough:
Granulated sugar - 150 g
Flour - 120-140 g
