Microsoft PowerToys is a set of utilities for windows power users to tune and streamline their Windows 10 experience for greater productivity. These programs add or change many features to maximize productivity or add more customization on windows. PowerToys are also available for Windows 95, Windows XP, and Windows 10. The PowerToys for Windows 10 are free and open-source software licensed under the MIT License and hosted on GitHub.
PowerToys for Windows 95 was the first version of Microsoft PowerToys and included 15 tools for power users.
After the success of the Windows 95 PowerToys, the Windows Kernel Development Team released another set of tools for power users called Windows95 Kernel Toys.
Windows 10 received PowerToys four years after its release. On May 8, 2019, Microsoft relaunched PowerToys and made them open-source on GitHub. The first preview release was available in September 2019, which included FancyZones and the Windows key shortcut guide.

Requirements
• Windows 10 v1903 (build 18362) or better preferred, Windows 10 v1803 (build 17134) minimum.
• Have .NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime. The installer should handle this but we want to directly make people aware.
