With the M Sport bumper you don't have to remove the wheel and inner lining to change your Fog lights or globe you can get to it from the front I show you how here.

The standard bumper has fog lights that you can release from the front. If not you can do the same procedure with the other spillers they just have smaller openings but the grill removal is the same.
