Flooding has swamped parts of South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota. Six river gauges have broken their all-time records, with two more forecast to break records this week. A wide area of 8-12 inches of rain fell in the area over the last week, with some spots seeing more than 15 inches.
